Acupuncture supports your body's own healing mechanisms by improving blood flow to affected areas, helping muscles relax, lowering cortisol, and retraining your brain around chronic tension holding patterns. Appointments with Six Branches Family Acupuncture may include acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxabustion, dietary/lifestyle suggestions and/or custom herbal consultations.
